Tamica Sears grew up in Dorchester, MA with 5 sisters, 1 brother and 2 loving parents in a house with just 1 bathroom. As the youngest child by a mere 4 minutes, she made sure that she was noticed by being a holy terror. Those were not her best years. After some serious growing up, she started a family of her own and moved to Arizona where the desert heat mellowed her out tremendously.

After doing just about every aspect of Human Resources that could be done, Tamica branched out into Leadership Coaching where she discovered that she was able to make a difference in the lives of many by coaching leaders.

Tamica plans to continue this work by publishing books that help people live their best lives.
