Diane Allen, PCC, is a seasoned leadership coach and organizational development consultant. She coaches business professionals on building leadership confidences that include strategic thinking, communication skills, team building, and change-management. 

She has served on several boards for both profit and nonprofit organizations, and as a mediator for Ford Motor Company’s Dispute Resolution Board. Diane developed and facilitates the Professional Coaching Certification Program for Burlington County College in Mount Laurel, New Jersey and Philadelphia Community College. 

She holds a BS in Business Administration and MS in Organizational Development from St. Josephs University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She also holds a Certification of Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and is certified in Booth Leadership Transition Survey, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, and DISC Success Insights Behavioral Instrument. Diane also serves as a leadership coach for the Ken Blanchard Companies.
