Alex Florschutz, MA, is a practicing artist, author of The Art of Birth – Empower Yourself for Conception, Pregnancy and Birth, Art Psychotherapist and exhibition curator and is currently Artist in Residence at University College London (UCL). Alex has studied perinatal/birth psychology for over 20 years, worked with pregnant women through art therapy, lectured at Middlesex University, given a speech in Parliament and created the Birthing a Better Future Art & Science Exhibition.
